The Tamil Nadu Government Digi Archives is an initiative of Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) and Tamil Nadu Archives and Historical Research Department. It provides a platform to store the archived files and retrieve the same whenever necessity arises in digital format. This facility will be useful to General Public, researchers and Government departments. This software is designed to function as workflow and category (subject related) based system.

The digitally archived files can be easily sorted by category of records, year, keywords and can also be downloaded with secured access. The portal is hosted on Tamil Nadu Data Centre to support multi-tenancy for more departments to publish their archived files. General public can register in the web portal using email and mobile number for access and download in a secured manner.

தமிழ் நாடு அரசு மின் ஆவணக்காப்பகம் என்பது தமிழ் நாடு மின் ஆளுமை முகமை மற்றும் தமிழ் நாடு ஆவணக்காப்பகம் மற்றும் வரலாற்று ஆராய்ச்சி துறையின் ஒரு முயற்சி ஆகும். இந்த வலைபக்கத்தின் மூலமாக மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள பல்வேறு அரசு துறைகளின் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணங்களை ஒருங்கினைத்து வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது.

இந்த வலைப்பக்கமானது பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணங்களின் ஆவண வகைப்பாடு, வருடம் மற்றும் திறவு சொற்கள் மூலமாக வரிசை படுத்தப்பட்டு எளிதில் பார்ப்பதற்கும் மற்றும் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்வதற்கும் ஏற்ற வகையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் பொதுமக்கள் தங்களுடைய மின் அஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் அலைபேசி தகவலை தமிழ் நாடு அரசு மின் ஆவணக்காப்பக வலைதலத்தில் பதிவு செய்து தங்களுக்கு தேவையான ஆவணங்களை பார்வையிட்டு பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.
